I want to share my disgust at Pick N Pay at Evaton Plaza. Seipati and her manager Thobile refused us from withdrawing Capitec cash send vouchers at the tills on grounds that they have an ATM inside the store, which doesn't make sense as it is advised that we should withdraw at the tills to save time and money. To make matters more frustrating, this happened during loadshedding and the ATM wasn't operational and by the time the electricity came back on, the ATM apparently didn't have "R20"s and "R50"s which means after spending time standing in 2 long queues, you still have to struggle to get your money. This whole thing is insane because other Pick N Pay stores do withdrawals at the tills without any issues, what makes this one an exception? The explanation the lady gave dismissively is utter trash and doesn't make any sense honestly.
