Appalling double standards experienced at Kwazikode pick n pay Orlando East Soweto, not sure if the staff have free reign on making up or rewriting policies as they go by, or maybe these policies are applicable to entry level income communities only. The security is worse, I doubt they are even PSIRA APPROVED. We appreciate such initiatives in our communities but please train your people right. Client facing staff should at least know how to actively listen, acknowledge and make a statement when resolving conflict, not this ****gish behavior we experience in our local stores Nompumelelo Vesi🚮Cashier Lesego Mokoena🚮Security Ivilibadi security Co🚮 At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if all these names are made up
