What A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I experienced with Pick n pay Kempton gate. The past Sunday i went at 9 to do my grocery shopping with the gift card that I received at work, when we got there only 2 tellers were working eventually they decided to open 2 more , when i was supposed to pay they tried the gift card and it didn't want to swipe I asked this lady if she didn't have to call their customer care or use the bar code and she continued swipping the stupid card that wiould npt work, I eventually paid using my card and to my dismay i called customer care and the gentleman asked for the serial no> at the back of the card , verified that it had money and he said the store was supposed t call them. What now do i go back to pnp or what i the option, so annoyed that people don't know how to do their job.
