Train your staff for better success in your business

I usually do my shopping at pick n pay woodmead every month this month was no different I went in to pick n pay with my husband and we did have a monthly shopping as we always do upon getting to the toll unfortunately I do not have the tell number it was right opposite the exchange counter

upon offloading the trolley and the packet packing she packed everything she could find into one packet for example she packed all my tennis stuff with all my glass bottled sauces she packed cleaning stuff with biscuits everything was a mess I watched as she packed the stuff but she did not look floatable and so I let it go we had taken a Sprite zero which we were charged for and it was not packed up on getting home offloading the parcels and packets that when I overloaded a packet snapped as we were carrying it into our home and all five bottles of sauces Worcester sauce Mrs ***** chutney tomato sauce mayonnaise or fell to the floor and broke my tennis stuff is now all damaged and dented and I'm wondering is this what pick n pay has now come to do Packers not get training do customers not get reimbursed for mistakes that employees make it is extremely frustrating that everywhere you go or pick n pay's you've got to tell the Packers not to put your bread with your onions or not with your tennis stuff is there no common sense is there no training given to the stuff all in all I am I right that my items are broke and I am not at liberty now to go and rebuy because pick n pay *****ed up by not training their trade their Packers do something and do it quick
