Train staff please

I phoned this morning to find out if Pick n Pay stocked PVA paint. A lady by the name of Rochelle awnswers the phone. She doesn't say Pick 'n Pay Ottery, she says \Rochelle speaking". Now that frustrates me because Im thinking I dialed the wrong number so I had to ask her is it was Pick 'n Pay before she said yes. Then I ask her does Pick 'n Pay have white PVA paint and she says \""yes we do sell...\"" So then I asked her to check because I was at the store a few days ago and I was told by Christopher that the store was waiting for stock. Rochelle calls the department and checks with whoever was there and he tells her the store does not have PVA 5l paint. Now this would have meant that if I hadn't visted before"
