TRADING HOURS

On the 01 December 2020 I went to Pick n Pay Sam Ntuli Mall to make groceries. I arrived at the Pick n pay at 19:20pm I realized that the was security guards at the door who informed me that the shop closed at 7pm. The notice board on the door stated trading hours are 8am till 8pm. When I asked why were they closed before time I was informed they forgot to change it. On the 02 December 2020 I went to the shop to complain I found the Manager called NKOSI he was very rude and unhelpful he just told its not his problem the hours were not changed
