Totally unacceptable

My husband bought 4 hamburger rolls yesterday afternoon at the Promenade branch in Mitchell's Plain, upon taking it out from the brown bag last night I noticed the amount, it said R13,93 for 7 hamburgers, 1: he ordered 4 rolls and 4 rolls were in the brown bag, 2: the amount was incorrect, we were overcharged for less products ordered, 3: such mistakes should not be made as you are rendering a service. I don't want a call with an apology or a message come in for 4 other rolls etc, I want you're employees to get it right the first time as coming back to your store would cost us more in terms of petrol and time than replacing 4 rolls. Totally unacceptable.
