Total lack of service

I went to Pick and Pay in Faerie Glen yesterday, 24/1/18 at about 14:30. I wanted to get a replacement smart shopper card and went to the customer service centre. The lady said to wait as she was helping a customer who was on the phone. I waited a long time, the staff member then took a phone call of her own. The customer ahead of me was still on the phone. Another customer arrived. I was told that once the first customer was helped she would help this new customer and then she would help me!!! I left with no card and left my trolley with purchases in the shop.
