Total lack of accountability

I was violently ill after having a mouthful of liver pate from the Table View Pick n Pay in March 2023. It tasted bitter and was runny, so I realised that it was off. I initially didn't report it, but did tell friends what had happened. They warned me that the fridges at that particular branch were often out of order and I remembered that I had called a man who was mopping the floors a week prior to this incident to say that there was a great deal of water on the floor at the fridges and that people could slip and fall. I then reported the incident to PnP and gave them the barcodes etc. They said that they would investigate and get back to me. That was four months ago! I posted this last month and received a reply that they would make contact with me, but they didn't.
