Total Incompetence Results In No Sale
Disappointed by the poor quality "service" related to my in-store experience today. Wanted to purchase an inverter type aircon. The sales representative was completely ***********, and lacked technical, sales and installation knowledge, despite signage in his department. Shame on him.

18 Aug 2023, 06:01Once I posted my query above, I was able to read the reply. Pick n Pay lost it's sale the day I called in to make inquiries. I have since purchased my inverter air-conditioner from an alternate supplier.
