Total disregard for customers and disrespectful

My hubby visited this store at Protea Glen mall to buy some few items as we do daily. He came across a drinking yoghurt special and took so he can buy. At the till the price was way higher than the pricing shown on display. I don't know if your own law has changed but u guys used to say and I quote " u wl be given at the price advertised on the shelf with 5% more. Unfortunately when he tried to highlight this to the cashier, she called Lovey who is the supervisor she had a very bad attitude! She went on to say she won't give him at the price he saw and even sent the cashier to remove the prices. Check the footage. Time is : 19:46 cashier Anathi Ndlepu. I called the store and spoke to Makhua and let him know I am going to report this and he said it's my right. He even refused to take my number and said they r cashing up. This is not the first instance we have reported the store and the staff attitude. Is someone doing something about it?
