TOO MUCH TOLERANCE FOR SMART SHOPPER POINTS!!!!

I'm just from Pick&Pay in Dobsonville Mall. The store was full on every side and the reason was that the queues were standing still and some tills were closed. When I approached the manager she said she is aware and there's nothing she could do. She said she reported 2 tills to head-office and nothing was done. I can go wherever, there's nothing she can do, that didn't sound like a good attitude towards customer!

I am very concerned and angered by the service that we are receiving as mainly black people in the location. We have to tolerate standing in lonngggg unmoving queues all in the name of "Smart Shopper" points!!!!!
