TOO MUCH ADVERTISING ON PHONE FROM THE MOBILE APPS

I cannot get through on the phone. I am tired of trying to contact people who cannot assist. I am using the mobile app but i keep getting advertising notifications sent to me. I have asked and been told well then switch off notifications. But if I switch off notifications from Pick n Pay then I won't be notifified when my order is being shopped or delivered or if an item is unavailable. I was just told well there's nothing they can do then. Is there no way of stopping all the advertising from coming through to my cell phone as notifications other than switching off totally from Pick n Pay?
