Too long to give feedback !

I app**** for a pnp store card last week and still have had no response. all i get is these automated emails prompting me to load supporting docs which i have done numerous times already. No communication has been forthcoming, i cant check my progress and ive even opened a woolworhts card already despite having wanted pnp. I am unhappy.
