Too bad to be ignored

I am a regular client of bramley pick and and pay since i live in the area and i go there almost every 2nd day but i realise that the more we keep quiet about bad things, the more they continue.I always notice that whenever i am going to pick and pay there is no day where i would actually get everything that i want and Pick and pay is a brand that cant be runned like a tuck shop.On Saturday 13/02/2016 i went there as usual and this time it was worse,No tissues,no waters,No Juices, old Green peppers and red peppers.<br> It was worse than on the 04th January when i went also the shop was empty,Worse i have never in the past years that i have been shopping there complained to the managers though i always see very bad things but this time i told him and despite the fact that the tellers told me that there was a stock taking that took place last week and when i said to the Manager please can we improve so that we dont have to write you on hello peter the answer was like you can write but only on monday we will be having stock,i didnt see the sincere apology knowing me that i am his regular client instead i saw an attitude that i dont care weather you write or not.
