Told to shop at Woolworths instead!

On Monday afternoon at around 17h30, my husband and I had to return to Norwood Pick 'n Pay to return our puppies food because it was mouldy, this was purchased on Sunday. When we returned it, my husband asked what compensation he would get for having to drive all the way back to Norwood and if we are expected to open everything we buy first before leaving to make sure we don't have to return. He spoke to Customer care manager Andrew whose reply was \Oh! you want to see me in the street and say that is the man that did not give me any compensation so I got him fired. He later went on to say that he will get someone that speaks "our\"" language and that if we are not happy then we should rather shop at Woolworths.<br> I really don't think that Pick 'n Pay appreciated the R4000 a month that we spend at their stores on a monthly basis and maybe Andrew is correct and that we should actually start shopping at Woolworths where the staff are not so RUDE!"""
