Told to pack my own groceries

Your wonderpark branck takes the cup when it comes to pathetic customer service and rude staff members. Today I paid my groceries at the normal tills not express and the teller Ms Masango upon finalizing my payment, she called the next customer without packing my groceries. I then asked her if who should pack the groceries and she told me that she does not have a packer. So pick n pay expects us as customers to pack our own groceries? I refused and told her to either pack it or get someone to do it. A gentleman who was controlling the line said that 'those tills do not have packers', like really? How do you function on a month end busy period without enough stuff and then proudly expect customers to do your job? Clicks, Checkers, Woolworth just to mention a few will pack your groceries in a plastic back for their customers even if it's just 3 items. It is part of your giving your customers proper and well deserved service. Stop being pathetic and running that store like it's a ****a shop. Which policy in your store informs customers that they should pack their own groceries, the express counters are the worst. Maybe you are making too much money that is why you have no respect for your customers because you don't need us.
