I just walked out of PICK N PAY PAN AFRICA ALEXANDRA branch feeling dissapointed and discouraged...I'm writing this already paying for my goods at another shop. I walked in at pick n pay and had a backpack which had my laptop, phone, moderm and other valuables. I was told to leave my backpack at the parcel counter and as I was trying to explain to the lady by the securities she said I should take out all of those things and do my shopping while carrying them..I dont think she even heard the part of the laptop as she disregarded everything I was trying to explain to her so then I said it's fine I'll leave she said it's fine I should leave and so I did. I get rhat there are safery precautions however my lifestyle doesnt suit me carrying a handbag as I'm constantly using my laptop and this is the first time ive ever been treated like this.
