Told that Picknpay vouchers is a **** whilst trying to support those in need

You are promoting the vouchers which you can purchase via web tickets and then send to less privilege people in this time of need. When we got to your springsgate branch yesterday they didn’t know anything about it. The manager then went online and saw it there. I then went home and bought 2 vouchers of R250 each and Whatsupp and smsd them to the people that needed it desperately. This morning the one lady informed me that she went to her pick n pay in casseldale and was informed it is a **** and she can’t use it!! They had to borrow money for petrol to go and buy groceries to the value of only R250 and then this happens!!
