Tokai pick n pay manager rude and unprofessional

I walked out of the shop and refused to shop there at that branch again as the manager who's name is Shuab was blatantly rude and sarcastic when I called for him to address the issue of me not being let in the shop because the rude security guard let 5 people in who stood behind me and they were neither pensioners nor essential workers they were clearly younger than me and in casual clothes when I requested the manager he already had a negative attitude and didn't even greet me or apologize for the security guards attitude and incompetence I explained my situation and he responded by arguing with me and justifying the securitys conduct when I tried to explain that I wasn't lying because he made me feel like I was. His whole tone of voice was rude and argumentitive i explained that I was in a rush to get to other places and was not happy that I had to stand outside and wait for the security guard to get a manager he's response was " well you not the only customer I have other customers to attend to". I was completely shocked at how blatantly rude that answer was and I said" is this how you as a pick n pay manager treats customers regular customers? " He then said there was nothing wrong with what he said so I told him I would take it further, he's rude response " go ahead " . I am shocked that pick n pay treats their customers like that it drove me away despite the fact that I was in dire need of groceries and had none I was willing to go to another shop rather where I get respect than to be treated like that. This matter could have been resolved much more professionally but because of shuabs rudeness I'm put off for good .
