Today I was either straight up **** to, or PnP are not training there staff well... I am leaning towards the former as it involves 2 supervisors. I purchased some things from the Pnp Hyper Brackenfell. One of the items rang up as R69.99 when I saw it for R67.99. The confirmed that I was right by fetching the price off the shelf. The supervisor (first one I didn't get the name and the 2nd was Lindiwe) simply corrected the price and when I asked "what about the double the difference policy" said that the policy isn't in place anymore "for 3-4 years already" was her words. I had them remove the item completely and said that I will address this on social media (hence this review)... Lindiwe seem unconcerned. So I was either **** to... PnP are not training there staff well, or both. I looked it up, and your website "Customer-communication" page clearly still clearly has it up. I took screen shots and pdf'd it. So what is it PnP? I will wait for the lame excuses to start.. Starting with the automated response making as if PnP really cares.
