I have lost all hope in this franchise they have caused my countless headaches and like a fool I keep going back . So I ordered baby formula, wipes, bread, bleach and yogurt for the stuff to be delivered they bring the wrong things with my order number on them . We are stuck with no formula for the night and morning until someone decides to do something right . When I called the help desk the manager has the nerve to tell me that they are closed at 6pm when the store closes way later then that if I had the time and no need would I have ordered the stuff no . They are a bunch of selfish , *********** individuals who don’t take accountability for their mistakes I can’t understand one incorrect item but the whole order that means someone is sleeping on the job I’ve had to drive out to get my sons formula elsewhere meaning I’ve spent more then I needed to petrol , airtime , money to get the stuff that they failed to deliver . I am beyond disgusted that these people are suppose to make sure we are getting the service that we pay for but no I am told to wait until their are ready as if I am borrowing the good or it’s a give away . BS
