To main Management of Pick and Pay

Good morning

As a concern customer of Pick and Pay in estcourt I would love to share my experience and point of view and my investigation about Pick nPay Estcourt in KZN .

To whom it may concern Mr Mark of Pick n Pay in estcourt I would love Mr Mark to look and be aware of this issue and take action about his people he pointed out as Managers (Samke, Thabo and Serena Naidoo). Samkelisiwe doesn't know how to speak to the cashiers she's bullying them and she doesn't know how to speak to them with a good manner and she always fire the good people who knows how to work and interact with people because she doesn't know how to manage people secondly she's being seconded by his boyfriend Thando the male manager if both there are having issues they take their problems and shout to everyone on that day ,we were told dating on a work place is not allowed but there are dating it been 3years doing this **** and there are bullying all the Macherndises in the shop Serena Naidoo is full of **** because she is being manipulated by this couple and she knows about it . PICK N PAY estcourt is loosing good people and good customers because of this **** that is happening and people in estcourt are sick and tire Of it because are noticing it they take their workers for granted because they have power these Managers .

The cashiers and Macherndises are always in tears because of these 3 people Serena Naidoo ,Samke and Thabo .

Pick n Pay needs to take a serious action about this because it gonna cost the company and Samke she need to be taught how to manage and fix her hair liner and Serena Naidoo needs to have or learn management skills also Thabo their all need to stop taking their problems and issues to their workers and also Thabo need to have ***** and learn how to treat people .
