******* TO CREDIT CARD

i was so disappointed with the service i recieved from pick n pay at Empangeni, when i enter the store i was approached by the store agents and they did not introduce themselves they ******* me as if they are working on my shopper card and they requested my documents not even aware that they are making me a credit in my name it was like my card will be granted with money since i have been using for the long time. i entered the store and buy what i wanted to buy and at the till they use that shopper card as it has money. kindly help i dont want food credit i want to cancel with no charges since it was introduced as a gift and no terms and conditions were red for me.
