Tiny Tots faulty nappies.

Usually a big fan of Tiny Tots nappies but the last two jackets I bought has had a bunch of faulty nappies. They only have one flap to close the nappies. Please let me know if this is a batch problem because I don't want to buy it again if this is going to continue. I have lost 1/4 of the Packets which I cannot use.
