Time wasted at Pick n Pay Irene

I work reasonably close to Pick n Pay Irene, so I usually go in my 30 minute lunch break to buy some of the things i need during the week, however today i experienced terrible customer service. (The first time i have required management)

I bought 4 cousins Champagne as it was R7 cheaper than the JC Le roux.

When i paid, i was charged over the JC le roux price. I then spoke to the teller and she tried to find a supervisor, there were no supervisors on the floor at such a busy time?

once we had eventually located one, the lady then took forever to go check the pricing on the shelves, once she had verified that it was overcharged she then took longer to locate another supervisor to approve a refund me, all in all i waited for a half hour for this process to be finished, and was only refunded around R15 for my champagne bottles, i mean to be honest it wasn’t worth me waiting but i also don’t want to be taken advantage of by Pick n pay. No sorry for my time, no sorry for the incorrect price just snail pace administration work.

Woolworths gives the item for free when it is marked incorrectly, not that this is what i expect but a huge franchise such as PNP can definitely take faster action and apologise for the inconvenience i was caused.
