Tills closed
Sunday we went to Woodmead PnP. It was quite busy and queues were very long. I stood in a shorter queue and stepped out to get a water. The cashier then told me the till was closed. I asked where the closed sign was. She rudely told me the till is closed! They will finish with the customer in front and I must find another till. I said there was no closed sign and I was in the queue and they will help me. All over the store the cashiers were just tipping trolleys on the side and saying tills are closed. This is ridiculous for a Hypermarket as it is busy and they are refusing to serve customers! This seems to be a common problem at this particular PnP.
