Thyme bank Smart Shopper

Sjoe what a waste.. Sending from thyme bank to smart shopper.. Just want to know why can't I spend my points at a till point..if they try to do it it shows 0 balance if they do a balance check it shows that there is enough points/money on.. I've tried to sort it out with thyme bank where I was sending to smart shopper and from smart shopper to thyme bank again... Also received a sms that my smart shopper is blocked now.. Mara why??? I'm not gonna jump on the phone again as this will take forever toooo... Hopefully I will get some reaction as pick 'n pay never bother of customer service.......
