Thumbs down to PnP Black Friday Online in PE

Well today is Black Friday and I thought I had been mistaken, perhaps your online platform still needs to update, but it hasn't. I also thought I might have heard back from your customer care office by now, but unfortunately not.

For the last couple of days I have been trying to place orders from your store, but none of the stock such as your specials or Ricoffy or Sugar or .... well anything show online for online delivery.

I have just been watching a TV interview on ENCA where you state that there are wonderful deals available online, but in Port Elizabeth there are not?

As the Eastern Cape in particular, Nelson Mandela Bay is currently the top Covid Hotspot so online delivery would be far more responsible than driving massess into your store even for basic items. These basic items are essential to many with our salaries being as much as 50% less than Gauteng at times and lower than the Western Cape.

I do hope this is just a technical problem that you intend to resolve or please advise as to why there are no Black Friday in-store specials available on line?
