threatining customers and ma rudeness

Yesterday I bought groceries and forgot toilet papers after purchasing, Security at the exit signed off everything as fine. The next day I went back for them spoke to a man from the office who took no showed me where the tissues were to a security manager. Who firstly didn't greet and told me in not supposed to stand there at the passage which I suspect could be her office. I stood to the side she told she's going to the manager and will confirm and return to me. On her return with my slip on her hand she tells me to come with her to sign a document following her she shouts again that I shouldn't stand in that passage office of hers. I tell her I'm following her orders to follow her and sign a document. She then tells me next time I will not get my staff that I have left coz I'm behaving bad. That's when I told her that she's being rude and unprofessional, it's mymoney I bought these things, i brought a slip and believe that there are cameras evident to that. She would be *****ing but I sense that she's not trained at all on customer services. They are initially wrong not me, if they checked they would have showed me what I have forgotten instead of me returning to the store.
