Threat of Physical harm by a PnP security guard

Today I was physically threatened by a PnP security guard.

With my ignorance of the store policies and the parcel counter not being visible, I entered a Family PnP Reyno Ridge in Witbank with an empty backpack. After several minutes of shopping and not being notified by any employee even after asking for assistance from PnP employees during my shopping I was approached by a security guard who told me that backpacks aren't allowed. Fair and I tell him I'm actually on my way out, I pay and on my way out the same security with another approach me and ask to search my backpack. At 1st I didn't hear them with my headphones on. I pause what I'm listening to, and one of the security guards is pointing at me like a common ********.

I tell him he can't speak to me like that and common decency and respect is warranted in any situation.

After words were exchanged he even followed me outside and threatened to physically assault me.

Never felt so disrespected, even after I asked for the supervisor. He didn't change his stance, even after the security guard who was with him confirmed what had happened with the supervisor.

No apology was forthcoming, and a clear disrespect continued.
