This is the second time I'm writing this complaint about PnP, they never responded last time.

On Monday 11 March I ordered via the PnP ASAP app and they delivered everything else but the chicken for R250. The order number was ***2. I then logged a complaint and was given ***. I was given the run around until Friday where I was only refunded R43. Where is the rest of my refund PICK AND PAY?
