This is ridiculous

I ordered a vuse on the 29th of March the vuse was out of stock and I was suppose to get a refund today is the 10th of May and I still didn't get my refund they was supposed to refund me 300 in this almost 1 and half months I've been getting calls from pik n pay saying that my money will reflect in 10 days I've been wasting data and fuel sending emails and going to check for my money
