This is not on

this is the second time I am emailing them with issues and I am just ignored, I was charged a higher price for plums when I actually bought bananas and then also the reduced price of apples was not charged, instead I paid the original price. There was also a time I got home to realise that the biscuits price I paid was not what the shop had as a special, that email too was simply ignored.
