This is bad service to customers

On 2021/01/30 my wife and I bought your Texan steak worth almost R200. We used to love your steaks and usually drive all the way from Ridgeworth to Brackenfell for your Texan Steaks because we were having people over for a braai. We always buy your Texan steaks but this time it tasted horrible and disgusting, as if someone poured a big pot of salt over the steaks and this really humiliated us in front of our guests.

Nobody could eat the meat, we even tried putting extra sauce over it, but nothing worked. My fear was that you tried to hide old meat by covering it up with salt and spicy sauce.

I WILL MOST DEFINATELY NOT BE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING ABOUT YOUR TEXAN STEAKS, BECAUSE WE BOUGHT 2 BIG STEAKS AND BOTH WERE COVERED WITH THIS DISGUSTING SALTY SAUCE.
