I have a new pick n pay smartphone which isn't registered because I lost the old one. While losing things happen to everyone, the problem is that I am unable to authenticate myself on pick n day's digital platform to link the new smartshoper cart to my profile. I have tried contacting call centre, but the waiting time is excessively long. I have also tried pick n pay stores for assistance, but we're unable to resolve the issue. As a result I am now unable to purchase the products that are on special in the stores, as these deals requires a registered smart shopper. Given that your own processes of linking new cards to profile have created bottleneck, and your stores are unable to help, don't you think this situation can be seen as form of Third Degree Price ************** under competition law? I say this because the barriers created by your system are preventing me to access the same benefits as other customers.
