Think Twice before using Pick n Pay ASAP Sedgefield

Think twice before using Pick n Pay ASAP Sedgefield! On their final invoice it says the following: "Your final bank charge is R501.79 is a bit lower than the R592 that was initially reserved. Your bank will automatically release the difference."

This is NOT the case as they deducted the R501.79 and the R592 is still being held by my bank ABSA. It has now been 12 days.

By the way...this is the second time this has happened. Now I am done using Pick n Pay ASAP. SEDGEFIELD!!!!

Pick n Pay ASAP is expecting me to do all the work now to have the R592 paid back to me. Apparently they want a bankstatement from me to prove the R592 is being held in reserve still and that the R501.79 has gone off. What absolute nonsense!!!
