thieving, glass advertising and just rude

<p>I wen to pick n pay did my shopping because the savings draw you in. I got to the till and to find the "savings" were not savings,which shows the false advertising there were eet sum more biscuits 2 for 20 rand which seems good, when I ask them to void it I get such attitude and the lady starts talking Zulu to her mate, I then see they've charged me for it which is fine it's 20 rand but they didn't even give me the biscuits and still had attitude and the audacity to ***** my money, I then ask for assistance and had to wait and extra 15 mins. The lady assisting also gave me attitude and slapped down my slip on the counter. My family and I have spent spent lot of money there over the years but I WILL NEVER SHOP AT PICK N PAY AGAIN!!</p>
