*******!!! - Charge me for what I did not spend

I have shopped at the Pick n Pay at Glengarry for the past 2 years almost exclusively. I used my Pick n Pay store account on the 26th of October this year. The first transaction did not go through and was voided. The second went through fine. I was told to not worry about the first one, that it will reverse. Well it hasn't. I called RCS who blame Pick n Pay and I have to run around for all sorts of proof. I go to the store to get said proof, to be told I dont need the proof, they blame RCS, to send the Store Manager an email with the screenshots and it will all be sorted. I sent the email to Leon at the store, and there still has been no response and my account is being charged interest on an amount I did not spend and for their system glitching.

Leon is almost never at the store...I have been there 6 times since, I have called the store and Leon is never available. I am at my wits end to get money back that I did not spend. Completely and utterly pathetic service.
