*******!!!!

On Friday I went to your Dainfern Square store and while shopping I picked up a pair of Wellie boots for my daughter. they were reduced to R60. once I got home I noticed on the till slip that you charged me for 2 pairs which worked out more than if they were full price. I have tried to reach your store since Friday and have been hung up on by your staff 3 times, left on hold and given alternative numbers to call that do not exist. I was also promised a call back on Saturday and am still waiting, I am disgusted that Pick n Pay not only changes people twice for items but then ignores the problem when it is raised, its *****ing plain and simple. your CCTV will show me buying 1 pair. I spent over R6500 in groceries in your store so why would I be questioning R60 I need to be contacted asap or I will be taking this further.
