Once again SHOCKING service & pure Thievery..... Every single online order is short something - i tin of cold drink, pkt of chips and even though we are charged Idont even query it because its not woth it.... BUT THIS TIME IVE BEEN CHARGED R1027 AND AN ENTIRE BIN IS MISSING. Order recieved on the 4th Driver promises to phone me immediatly when he is back bur surprise no call. I send a query attached the list of things CHARGED FOR and not recieved, I get a call while im on the phone and an email to say how they have tried with no avail to get hold of me - ja right I immediatly respond and guess what NO RESPONSE SINCE THEN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I HATE PICK N PAY ONLINE SO MUCH YOU HAVE NO IDEA - IF CHECKERS HAD AN ONLINE YOU WOULD NEVER EVER SEE ME AGIAN NEVER EVER

I JUST DONT THINK SO - PICK N PAY HAVE CHARGED ME R1027 FOR GOODS NOT RECIEVED - THEY HAVE THEN ****** FROM ME RIGHT and no one cares - i wonder what wyoul happen if the roles were reversed - id be arrested
