I was at pick n pay walmer park, i requested for cash send. As i was busy putting in my pin. The till frooze and i had to go the another till. I was informed that my cash has already been reviewed and when the till frooze. Ive already done with the whole process. I had to wait for the manager by the name of Nosi. Now i did not receive the money that i had to receive.

01 Jun 2022, 19:23I find this reply so pathetic, I was called to go and collect my money, when I was there I was told that the settlement department did not reply to the email that was sent for the go ahead. I mean what is that??? I've never seen such incompetence. Clearly you don't take your customers serious and you don't put them first. And this is not the first time I find myself in such a situation.
