Beyond dissapointed to say the least I've been ordering from Pick N Pay on a regular basis yet on Friday the 24 December I placed an order and it took way longer than the scheduled time on the App. I receive a call from your Call Centre telling me that your driver is outside so I send my brother out to fetch the order ,a few minutes later i get asked to rate the order assuming it's been delivered but to my surprise it wasn't. There was no driver at the gate yet we paid and it shows delivered???? I immediately call customer service to inform them what a nightmare, I was on the call for over twenty minutes and just kept getting transferred from pillar to post. I ended up sending two emails and received no feedback. However an agent did contact me yesterday the 24th December and promised me I would receive my order the following day and that she would call me before 14H00 ,lol. What a joke. None of that happened.

I am beyond frustrated with the poor quality I'm customer service Pick n Pay render. And now I paid for something that wasn't even received, talk about day light *******!!!!!
