They stole over R1000!

At first I was thrilled with Bottles App, get your food delivered during the lockdown in 2 hours. Sounds wonderful, right?

Only up to the point where they ***** over R1000 from you!

So I used the app about 6 times. The first time items were missing, I mailed the company as they said that was the way to go, no response. The Second time there was things missing, substantially more items, I got a response saying it will be refunded, and yet no money entered my account.

The Third (and obvious last time) there was over R1000 of things missing, they even charges me EXTRA for the missing items. I called the office this time. "Yes we will repay you" mailed AGAIN when nothing happen. Got a reply "but we processed a refund" And yet no money entered my account?

To Summarize: It seems to be luxurious to use the Bottles App, but you can not claim a refund for non-delivery, which means they can continue to non-deliver and you will continue to overpay.
