They stole my money

Beware of using the Pick n Pay Smart shopper app to order deliveries. We have placed an order 2 weeks ago, the order was never delivered. The problem was reported to them and they promised to follow up and revert back. To date there is no refund, no delivery and no feedback

They could not be bothered to do honest business, but what else can you expect? Unhappy customers must just grin and bear it
