They sent me a reference number is (422148).and said a consultant will call me I`m still waiting for feedback
What a traumatic experience, I bought PNP MAAS 2K which was 2 for R38 and CHEASNAKS STRIPS on the 27.06.2020 at Promenade mall and the cashier 1 WC33. I got home and made my kids the maas after a day they had eaten it i saw they expired on the 19.06.2020 my son carried the cheesenaks to school the Tuesday and he came back stating they are old,we checked the expiry date and the had expired.I am so upset as to why would they put expired items on the shelve and the most upsetting part is my children had eaten it.
I sent them an email on the 3rd of July and I still have not received feedback.

15 Jul 2020, 01:50Thank you for replying, I received a call on Saturday from a very friendly lady named Yoliswa at Pick n Pay Promenade she is a Customer Care manager if I`m correct,she apologized about the matter ,Thank You so much Yoliswa for your great service.
However the cheesnaks strips that was also expired the matter was not resolved as I was told I would receive contact Monday as they have to communicate with the merchandiser and I`m still awaiting for the call.
