They promise the world and deliver NOTHING!

I reported them recently and as per ALWAYS they promise to contact me. Needless to say since then NOTHING, except a lame excuse for the parking debarcle.(not even from them). Even worse they send an email to me asking me how I find their service. I say \none existent"Trying so hard to not swear right now. I am totally fed up with their blatant lies and yet you have the cheek to say they respond. Lie more like! They ignore customers on their website and \""pretend\"" on this page... Guess I have to move my regular shopping due to their complete disregard for their loyal customers!
