They just don`t care about us

I am regular at this particular store Pick n Pay Evaton. I enjoy shopping there because I always get what I am looking . Its normally just one drive and I come home happy with whatever I needed. Last night was a different story. I went to pick n pay with my wife and two kids .To cut a long story short . We bought milk and the mild was not okay. i returned the milk second drive now to pick n pay no ****ed at all . These things happen . Now what ticked me is that the above mentioned gentleman was well aware that the milk is spoiled and he went on to say this has been the problem for a day or two. Now I just drove there twice for something that normally takes me one trip. Okay fine . He tells me to exchange the product I go back the c***** and the pick n pay branded milk that spoiled . I take the c***** it extra by a few rands and now after spending my money on petrol and coming back for the second time the store and the above mentioned gentlemen refused to cover the 3 rands. To think that i do my shopping there all the time and I was treated like a second hand citizen to add the insult the was no remorse from this guy . he said its either you pay or we give you a refund.disgusted
