They Don’t Even Deserve One Star

They don’t even deserve a one-star rating.

I bought two (6-pack) boxes of 1-litre milk via the Mr D app on 27 August 2025 from Pick n Pay Jabulani Mall. When I opened the milk, it was spoilt, it smelt bad and had clumps.

I reported the issue immediately and was asked to provide the product details and batch information, which I sent on 9 September 2025. Since then, I have received no help, no refund, and no replacement.

This is unacceptable customer service. I trusted Pick n Pay to provide fresh, safe products and instead, I wasted my money and my time following up with no resolution.
