They Don't care about customer complaints.

I wrote a review a week ago about when They Sold me Rotten 5KG Chicken, Sent a Complaint On their Website they didn't bother attending to it, they since then have not given me solid feedback on the issue being resolved or something. All they did is tell me to go get a Smart shopper card. Like ***? Your customer complains and all you care about is enrolling them in your lousy rewards program???? I wish there was a better platform to log food safety complaints because my concern is the other citizens who are going to be victims of buying rotten meat.
